Who are you?
My name is Rebecca and I'm a stay at home Mom to 2 beautiful children, ages 5 and 6. I've been giving private piano and guitar lessons for 20 years. We all love books in our house, so it was natural to start selling them. I've been online for a couple of years now and love it.

What do you sell?
I sell used books in various categories from romance to science fiction, crafts, hobbies, railroad, children's, adventure, and many more, fiction and non-fiction. ****I also sell personalized letters for children and adults from Cupid, a Leprechaun, Easter Bunny, and the Tooth Fairy with more to come.****My most recent product line includes beautiful gift book baskets, packaged in adorable gift boxes and decorative suitcases.

When and how are items shipped?
Items are shipped out within 48 hours of receipt of payment, sometimes the same day depending on when payments are received.
Books are boxed and shipped Media Mail. In the lower 48, it usually takes 2-9 business days, but can take longer especially during busy holiday seasons. Media Mail to Alaska and Hawaii can take as long as 6 weeks.
****Priority Mail is available to either the mainland or Alaska and Hawaii. Please e-mail with your zip code for pricing before making your purchase.
****International orders are shipped First Class International if under 4 pounds and Priority Mail International if over 4 pounds.
****Personalized letters are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payments. All of them are mailed flat via first class mail except the Tooth Fairy Supreme package. It is shipped in a padded envelope via Priority Mail.
****Gift baskets are shipped priority mail and the shipping is included in the price of the item.

What about refunds?
If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item. Refunds are given as needed.
Because of the nature of the personalized letters, refunds are offered only when I have made a mistake in printing/spelling from what I receive from you.

Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes, books are combined by weight. You will need to wait for an invoice from me before paying so I can charge the correct amount.
I will also combine for personalized letters.
However, if you happen to be buying books and letters, shipping will be separate so no discount can be offered.

Do you charge Pennsylvania sales tax?
Yes, a 6% sales tax is charged on both the item and shipping and handling. Please wait until you receive an invoice from me if you live in Pennsylvania.
